By submitting this application, you agree to the following criteria, should your family be chosen as a guardian home:

To keep the dog well socialized with other dogs and people of all ages.
To give the dog adequate exercise.
To practice safe handling of the dog by attending to the dog when we are outside and using a harness/leash when in public and providing basic obedience training.
To feed approved dog foods and to give supplements recommended by Rose Canyon Doodles.
To provide vet care, as needed, at guardian's expense.
To transport the dog to us when needed for breeding, litters, or health visits.
To immediately notify Rose Canyon Doodles if the dog becomes sick or injured and to involve Rose Canyon Doodles in all decisions regarding the treatment of the dog.
